PROFILE

I’m currently an assistant professor at Division of Data Science, The University of Suwon. My research area focuses on bioinformatics to develop AI-based bio-medical tools for analyzing high throughput next generation sequencing data from various organisms, such as, rice, Arabidopsis, mouse and human.
